Surfing on the WWW to find out about a 21-day trip for our family (three kids 13-10-8, grandma of 75 and us parents, we came along the website of Flash Safaris. Reviews on forum sites gave a good impression as well. We did send our thoughts and needs and got a comprehensive response the next day. It was spot on! They hade made good suggestins to make our trip tailor made. Well taken into account the ages of the kids and grandma.
9 days on safari and 9 days at Zanzibar were a perfect combination.
From the moment we had our first contact until the moment we were back home
(welcome home e-mail in our mailbox!)we felt taken care off with a lot of personal attention.
All the way through there were e-mails or telephone contacts to find out how things were going and if we were in need of any help.
I therefore very strongly reccommend Flash Safaris to anyone wishing to have a trip organised for you. Excellent services, personal attention and outstanding knowledge about the local situation are the three key points of their comapny.
