I have traveled 7 times now to Africa with 5 of those including Tanzania. I have done Kili, visited Ruaha, Mikumi, Sadani, Mkomazi, Tarangire, Serengeti, Manyara and Arusha parks; plus the Crater and many other beautiful places around the country. I was lucky enough to hire AOE on my first trip and have used them each time since. The owner Allan is extremely personable and easy to be with as are the small group of guides that work with him.
My first trip with Allan was with a group, but since than each trip has been a custom itinerary and Allan has been invaluable coming up with unique ideas and destinations. I have been able to enjoy custom trips due to his reasonable prices and avoiding any US based operator.
I have stayed in lodges, tented camps, camp grounds and at park facilities and Allan and his guides are always well-versed on the particulars at each site. Also I have had the pleasure of meeting many local friends of Allan which has only added to my experiences in Tanzania.
Allan has actually visited the United States more than I have visited Africa, so I have some catching up to do!
