An African Safari is an unforgettabletravel experience, it touches something deep within us and it is an experiencethat will never be forgotten. A trip to Tanzania is both intriguing andexciting, created by the fascinating balance between the wildlife, thelandscapes and its people.

brojaley Africa Ajabu is a family-runbusiness with Abdul Meena, and wife Roxane, as owner/operators.

Abdul’s family originates from Mt. Kilimanjaro,Chagga by tribe, but grew up in

Masaai land, Monduli. Roxane moved to Arusha in 2003 from Brisbane, Australia.

Falling in love with the country and Abdul, the couple married, and now with two children, live in Arusha, the safaricapital of Tanzania, where the promotion of the country, its wildlife and culture has become theirpassion. After graduating with certificates in Tour Guiding and Management,Abdul worked as a freelance tour guide for several years. Here he was able topass on his knowledge of the African wilderness, his great love for birdwatching and his pride in conservation.

What does "Abrojaley AfricaAjabu" mean? Abrojaley is a name that has come

from us as a family unit, combining thefirst letters of each of our names. And "Africa Ajabu" is Swahili for"wandering Africa". In toto, it isour family unit that still wanders Africa...

OUR RANGE OF SERVICES

Tanzania, truly is a safari destination without peer. The statistics speak forthemselves; an paralleled one quarter of its surface area has being set asidefor

conservation purposes, with theworld-renewed Serengeti National Park and

incomprehensibly vast Selous Game Reserve headinga rich mosaic of protected areas that collectively harbour an estimated 20% of Africa’s large mammal population.

And yet there is more than just aresafaris. There is Mount Kilimanjaro, respectively the highest peak on the continent. And Lake Victoria, LakeTanganyika and Nyasa, the three largest fresh water bodies in Africa. Then, off course, there is

magic spice island of Zanzibar, the highlightof vast Indian ocean coastline studded with postcard-perfect beach, stunningoffshore diving sites and mysterious

mediaeval ruins .

So, how to define the experience offered bya country with highlights as unique and diverse as Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar, Selous andSerengeti. Well, the one that does bind Tanzania’s diverse attraction isoff course, its people, who take justifiable pride their deeply ingrained moodof tolerance and peacefulness.

Tanzania has also, over the past 20 years, emerged from comparativeobscurity to stand as one of Africa’s mostdynamic and popular Travel destination: a land whose staggering natural varietyis complemented by the innate hospitality of the people who lives in there. Howto define the Tanzaniaexperience? Surprisingly easy, really. It can be encapsulated in a single word, one that visitors will hear a dozen of times daily. No matter where they travelin Tanzania,or how they go about it: the smiling, heartfelt Swahili greeting of KARIBU –welcome

best company I have ever worked with

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful
In my past 10 visits to Africa, Abrojaley is the best company I have ever worked with. I found Abdul, the director, to be extremely easy, flexible, and timely to work with. He was responsive to the needs of our large group of US students and connected us with contacts for a safari to Lake Manyara and the crater, a hike up Kilimanjaro, and tours of Zanzibar.

On our safari, the food was excellent, the cars were in great condition, and the camping site was very enjoyable.

The 28 person minibus that picked us up and dropped us off at the airport was also clean and comfortable.

The contacts in Zanzibar also led us to a nice snorkling experience.

I give the company my highest recommendation.

Excellent

I have used this company twice on my travels in Tanzania, they're excellent. The representatives are so helpful and professional, and it was so easy to arrange the safari with them. The tour guides were knowledgable, friendly - and prompt! My favourite part is the UK power points in the vehicles. No more battery power failure just when I've spotted a simba! I can't stress enough how great the power point feature is. Would travel with them again and highly recoommend them after having two great experiences.

(I have given 5 stars for the accommodation and meals, but I didn't have any meals or accommodation under the name of Abrojaley. I think I had to make a rating for these in order to submit my review. But the Abrojaley picnic lunch box was filling and yummy!)
