Our company name “Pamoja” is derived from the Kiswahili word “As One,” and it is the spirit and understanding of this concept that drives our company philosophy to make a difference on the planet earth by protecting nature, as well as our unique and welcoming hospitality to all.

Our lodge is located on the outskirts of Karatu, a farming town. It is an eco-friendly luxury lodge located next to the famous Ngorongoro Crater and aims to harmonize with the environment through its natural unobtrusive design and positioning.

We are firm believers in the preservation of the land and its value as a home for future generations. We accomplish this by sharing our extensive knowledge and enthusiasm with everyone.
