Air Excel was founded in 1997 and to date remains an owner run and operated airline, with over 35 years experience in the industry.
The fleet stands out on the tarmac as a result of tingatinga embossed tails, which is a form of widely used East African art. Aircrafts used include six Cessna 208B Grand Caravans, one of which is a 9-seater and outfitted with executive seating; and a 19-seater Let 410.
Based in Arusha, Tanzania, the airline specialises in tailored private air charters; diverse, daily scheduled services; and scenic flights that give clients the opportunity to experience the beauty of the Tanzanian landscape and its wildlife.
