PROFILE: UAS is a class II, TCAA licensed ground Handling and an Aviation Security company, providing its services to over 12 airports in Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar, operating as a third party ground handler. The company is established to provide services to aircraft and passengers at airports in Tanzania and around the world. It works in collaboration with partners strategically located at points on the globe to be able to network in order to achieve worldwide coverage and efficiency. Ground Handling and Aviation Security are the two main services provided by the company.

A. Aviation security
In these times of uncertainty and terror, security for the aviation sector has become the prime concern. Airlines and airports are one of the most vulnerable targets; hence, the security personnel has to be on the alert at all times. At UAS; security officers carry out inspections on a regular basis, to look for weak spots in their area of work, and immediately stop any related security concern. Airline security services are required to keep control of the day today airline operations and peace to all its stakeholders; this is UAS’s core business activity.

Our staffs in the line of Security are ICAO certificate holders trained by CATC, a registered Aviation college of TCAA. Our level of service excellence is based on the experience of more than ten (10) years within Airline security in Tanzania. Currently, the company provides Aviation Security services to six (6) different airlines operating in Tanzania. This has given UAS both International and Local experience on how to handle and balance its security standards.

B. Ground Handling:

We offer a wide range of ground services to facilitate an aircraft flight or aircraft ground repositioning, preparation for, and upon conclusion of a flight which will include both customer service and ramp service functions.
